And omg, because the 7yo stayed at his grandparents last night, I only just found out that he received the principal’s award for his effort in learning. Only 2 kids from his year level get a principal’s award each term.

Just thanked the 7yo’s teacher for her fantastic support this year.
I got a bit teary when she said how proud she is of him. She knows he has to work a bit harder than some of the other kids. As she said in his school report
“You should feel very proud of all you have achieved this year” ❤️
