Definitely Adonit type. I had forgotten the name. Weirdly this one isn't having any brand name though. Maybe that patent is kinda loose.

I wish I had the confidence of Apple. Release a dogshit fragile stylus that the entire creative industry relies on, charge $200 for it, plus a monthly fee if you want it repaired/replaced.

I have a bunch of styluses to try out in anticipation of my Pocket DS, since the device, like the AYN Thor are built with DS and 3DS emulation in mind but do not come with styluses themselves. The three I have are the Adonit Dash 4, The Adonit Mark, and a cheap disc/silicon stylus I got from Amazon.

it's the ADONIT SE, which was Wirecutter's budget recommendation. I have literally nothing to compare it to but I like it so far!

however if the movink pro has a wacom nib where it presses in/cushions when you use it... i think adonit note pens might be similar? ive used them before the apple pen and they've been great/may have improved over time too!
