A word of caution abt citing Native wisdom- a speaker at #AF2018 read the "we are the ones we are waiting for" story from "Hopi elders"-in fact written by Meg Wheatley based on her own alleged Native source. Speaker should've acknowledged vague provenance.

Does climate matter for conflict? It's complicated. Stanford's @katharine_mach presents examination of experts on vulnerability (Adger et al.) to find areas of agreement on how climate contributes to conflict. Low socioeconomic development is a far bigger factor. #AF2018
