this is self-aggrandizement, not actual sacrifice or community. it's about making yourself feel important and trying to make others feel bad, not achieving anything.
I am also realizing that a lot of people here are simply okay with their leisure time coming at the expense of prison slaves and Palestinian children. The people I am in community with don't have a ton of leisure time because we are fighting for the survival of our comrades and children
