Second, if she is correct and child will change later, what in heaven’s name would be the point of forcing alternation in something so personal? But if it is not a phase then there is also no point to doing it. In both cases, the parent will do lasting harm to force a child’s sexual preference.

Traditionally Ontario elects different parties provincially and federally with overlap only occasionally and for a short time period depending on election dates or an overwhelming uniting issue - it's called the Alternation Theory in political studies.
