Achso und nachdem ich Jahre lang mit Amalgam Füllungen rumgelaufen bin (meine Mutter konnte sich das damals nicht leisten dass ich Kunststoff bekomme) konnte ich jetzt die ersten 2 durch Kunststoff ersetzen lassen und ich hab geheult als ich gesehen habe wie unauffällig die im Vergleich sind 😭

Kevin Eastman said that he and Peter Laird had more creative input and control over the first movie. Wanted it to be a bit of an amalgam of the comics and cartoon. When I saw it, opening weekend, the line was wrapped around the theater. I enjoyed the movie.

only combo variation is skipping the combo finisher to use a heavy weapon and mostly makes the combo finisher meaningless, so I wonder if those were at one point separated weapons and got glued in this amalgam?

It's hard to pinpoint just one. Maybe Discworld? Maybe Tamora Pierce's collected works? But Diana Wynne Jones also had a huge effect on me... I couldn't tell you, I think 🤷♂️🤷♂️ My writing is basically an amalgam of all the things I've read. Alexander Dumas and Susanna Clarke feature as well... 🤔
