That I just mentioned as well as having a major depression disorder. Since the medication is also an anticonvulsant, I can potentially have a seizure even though I don't have a prolonged seizure disorder. I'm going to go to urgent care tomorrow and ask them to bump me down to a smaller dosage and

Neurologist: "Is there any problems with your anticonvulsant?"

Me: "There are nasty side effects."

n: "Such as?"

me: "Weight gain..."

n: "But does it work? When we ask about problems, we mean effectiveness, not side effects."

Even when I did Delubrum Savage back in the day I had to take anticonvulsant meds bc Shadowbringers was when I feel the developers really started to get heavy handed with bright lights. Pandaemonium in fucking Endwalker too, to the point where they had to go in and fix the bird and it's STILL bad

Hydroxyzine (antihistamine) and lamotrigine (anticonvulsant) are fine, but desvenlafaxine (SNRI), quetiapine (antipsychotic), and Adderall (stimulant) are not allowed. And esketamine (dissociative) is on thin ice (it can be used as an anesthetic as well as treatment for depression).
