nah, same as OSS: you release your stuff with Apache License, you are saying to the world "Steal Me, Build on Me! You don't even need to tell me!"

That's why I love ASL. It's like "the commons", but better, because the ASF has lawyers protecting trademarks/brand and also will hold open patents.
