Like calling Kentucky, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansa, Kansa or Oklahoma “southern” will seriously piss off some of the people in my family. To us Southern= south of the applachian mountains aka the Great Dismal Swamp. Kentucky is Applachian if anything and that it’s own distinct thing.

As an Applachian hillbilly I must set the record straight! My vote can not be bought with Trump’s bribe $$$… only moonshine can buy my vote!

At this point, I don't think I can go up to the Applachian Mountains without an appropriate offering because if mountains become gods they may as well be ones.
The Appalachian mountains have existed now for about 3% of the age of the entire universe

Depends on how we date it? By rock formation, sure, but the Applachian uplift is solidly older than it's uplift, and I'd contend that that's a better metric for "how old is a mountain (range)".

I believe the Applachian Mountains have been higher than the Rockies, twice in their history.

Yes, of course they exist, I'm exaggerating! But a very tiny percentage of people west of the Frontier Strip live in the mountains.

Amazingly, more people live in the Applachian Region Commisison's definition of Appalachia than all of the "Mountain States"--where again, most live in the flats.

No squirrel or vermin dishes (for deeeppp lore). No pepper or mountain berry jellies of any kind. No tomato pudding. No fried anything. No biscuits (you know what I mean London) Tostada (Applachian Mexico by Taco Bell)? There are miles of videos on Applachian foodways you could've robbed from.
Are the Americans awake yet?

Okay so a restaurant just opened in London called ‘Appalachia’ and this is their ‘June’ menu; discuss
