It only takes one to start a colony, but I added 3. Do things right, and it stays small and balanced. Make food mistakes, and it's a pest outbreak.
The thing is, the snails are never the ones to blame. 🐌

I've had a small, easy, tropical aquarium for years and every so often I get back into actively thinking about it and not just passively enjoying it. Every time I notice changes to the hobby. Well, we can aquascaping to the hobby list. 40 gallon cube from Nick for my bday. There are a couple more plants coming this week, and the carbon dioxide diffuser is going to the back, but it turned out how I imagined it for the last six months. Web cam even lets me watch it from Champaign.
