A tuberculosis outbreak has occurred at the Aeroflot headquarters on Arbat Street. According to "Aviatorshchina," it is already known that five employees have been infected. A mask mandate has been implemented throughout the entire office.

![The stringer turned the Canon Prima on himself and realized it was time for a serious talk. He raised an index finger to the sky, furrowed his brow under a worn cap, and set his face into the stone expression of a man who knows far too much about Old Arbat. The 1991 Soviet Svema motion picture film froze in respect: standing before it was not a mere passerby, but the director of this entire urban phantasmagoria. The finger served as a warning: the next frame would reveal the ultimate secret, so don't you dare blink.

![The stringer gave the camera a sharp shake, and his stone-like face scattered into several phantom projections. His glasses multiplied, the warning finger turned into a dual signal pole, and the author instantly transformed from a real person into the eternal ghost of Old Arbat. The 1991 Soviet Svema motion picture film captured this leap into pure lomo-punk with joyful amazement: a moment when the observer himself becomes a vibrating phantom, invisibly monitoring the life of the Arbat paving stones.
