Why does the numeric value of a base 64 string change when you add 'A's at the beginning, aren't they 0?
"AAk" -> 9

Currently contemplating a holiday (with teenagers) to France this summer, but having a hard time narrowing down where. We'll probably start in Paris, Versailles + Fontainebleau but where should we go for relaxation time afterwards? Bonus points for river/lake/sea with kayak possibilities
