knee-deep into playing with a new design for a finger brace and having a lot of fun with experimenting. life conspired to make me miss the call this was for but that’s okay, i’ll find something else for it, i’m sure
a tattooed white left hand extended over a well worn wooden workspace. the hand wears two oval silver rings on their middle finger with the word “meat” and “cage” cut into the base of the bezel. the stones aren’t set. a triangular triple or clear sapphires sits at the top of both rings, towards the middle knuckle. other assorted pieces cover the workspace a tattooed white left hand curls its fingers to show the middle finger, wearing the two rings previously described as well as a third ring across the bottom of the middle knuckle. a round knuckle protector with a single sapphire is held into the middle ring with a long tube that will eventually become a rivet. there are holes drilled into the side of the other two rings as well the same ring except this time two jade stones are loosely set into the bezels. there are rectangular guards crossing the side of the finger, held in place with more tubing. nothing is finished or fully polished a workspace with a scattering of silver pieces in varying degrees of complete

I often bless the memory of Denis Gifford. I got his (seemingly ubiquitous in the UK) PICTORIAL HISTORY OF HORROR MOVIES in 1975 and it was a formative influence. He made a point of covering the silent era in some detail and made it something I was desperate to sample.

If you've got one and have been keeping it vertical as advertised, um, don't.

The liquid metal cooling the APU chip can slowly pool at the bottom over time, resulting in a chronically overheating bare spot.
