#asthmatics
I'm sorry, are you *trying* to add asthmatics to the hit list?

Someone on the internet: "That's offensive to asthmatics!"
November 19, 2024 at 5:50 PM
We can't stop our reliance on fossil fuels or properly tax industry so we better make asthmatics feel guilty for taking MEDICINE.
From the University of Auckland – Opinion: The main environmental problem with inhalers is not the plastic casing, but the propellants inside.

Asthmatics will lead the revolution

Please do not villainize asthmatics
October 6, 2025 at 7:54 PM

Please remember to mask up if you need to burn it all down. Your lungs will thank you.

asthmatics post the best

It’s like telling asthmatics like me that we just need to get into the forest more often.

“Let the rich keep their private jets. Have you thought how irresponsible it is for asthmatics to keep breathing? Die for the planet instead. “

DO NOT BLAME ASTHMATICS FOR HARMING THE ENVIRONMENT.

I’m asthmatic - and this is fucking bullshit.

Get fucked NHS. Fucking this medicine saves lives

Clean indoor air makes life better for everyone!

Every HVAC system and large building should have improved filtration: daycares, hospitals, restaurants, the office they make you go back to

Better for preventing infections. Better for asthmatics. Better for everyone.
Hey if you're immunocompromised or otherwise required to be covid conscious due to a health issue, what's the number one thing you wish other people understood about that

asthmatics 2 seconds after using their rescue inhaler on the brink of suffocation
June 9, 2025 at 9:15 PM
Gee, who’s old enough to remember ghastly SMOG and high toxic particulate levels in the air that was dangerous for asthmatics to breath?

I DO!!!

Currently using a nebulizer.
Shout out to my fellow asthmatics.
May 25, 2026 at 4:38 PM
this is why articles blaming bullshit like asthmatics using an inhaler are fucking wortless, evil propaganda.

This is inhumane! You could have diabetics, people with hypertension, asthmatics, etc. These are crimes against humanity.
August 19, 2025 at 4:18 PM
Do these people ... not understand how medical treatment works???

Do they not know any diabetics or transplant recipients?
Or asthmatics?

Good grief. So many people would be fully dead.
Just fell on a thread of ostensible ‘disability justice’ folks shitting on medical treatment as something that exists only due to ableism and seriously, if that’s your idea of disability justice, it excludes tons of folks who need medications to survive or have any quality of life whatsoever.

Also recommend for asthmatics like me who are being turned away by the NHS now. £90 is alarming but less alarming than asthma + covid.
October 1, 2026 at 9:46 AM
I was around for “inhalers are evil and asthmatics should sacrifice for The Environment.” I’m not budging.
July 13, 2025 at 7:48 PM
wow! i've never seen asthmatics blamed for climate change before.
March 19, 2024 at 6:58 AM
Oh no is the canard about inhalers destroying the environment going around again (after manufacturers changed propellant formulas repeatedly, in some cases triggering allergies in asthmatics)! You can't personal responsibility your way out of a climate crisis.
October 7, 2025 at 1:47 PM
As this isn't clear....

This isn't a post about putting down asthmatics or those with tinnitus - both of which I am.

This is me sharing MY experience.

This is NOT about creating a hierarchy of disabilities.

Don't read subtext that isn't there.
