A federal judge asked why a tourist attraction expecting 22,000 visitors a day would need drones and munitions. It's a reasonable question. Most tourist attractions get by with a gift shop, overpriced bottled water, and a teenager telling you where to park.

Yet another extreme rainfall event is currently unfolding across Arizona and the Four Corners portion of AZ, NM, UT, and CO--and very serious major to locally catastrophic/record-breaking flooding is unfolding. Some areas will see *even worse* flooding than last week by tomorrow.
