If I complete more than 1 task in a day I’ll start putting more on my plate, gas light myself into thinking I was being dramatic & should go back to the classroom, and then wake up sick/having a flare day/will be useless for 2-4 days. #autonomicdisorder #pots #autoimmune #chronicillness
