The North Branch Trail is a bit disjointed but once you learn how to navigate the side streets that connect the different parts (Carmen, Avers, Argyle, Kostner/Trip) it is an amazing e-w route north of Lawrence for access to schools, parks, & the forest preserve.

OKC Council mtg. 9-15-26, very short, uninteresting but 2 good examples of gamemanship when there's absences. Nothing wrong with it but first they deferred the vote on Sleep Inn conversion because CPs Avers and Carter weren't there, so it would need to be unanimous ( neighborhood protest rules

Yeah, a break sounds good. Some kind of affidavit that both sign. The disabled person or parent avers they accept the hours offered, the company has to pay a livable amount for those hours, and the state agrees to fund the rest.
