Mobile users don't know how much I spoil them willingly rewriting much of the backwork and visuals just so it works on phone 💔💔💔

Nah, have a random player recap the last session; give them a one-use, that-session only bonus if they do it purely from their character's perspective.
For the past 20ish years, I've never had to deal with player engagement at the table. Reduces GM backwork at the same time.

I took Tuesday off and I am going to enjoy every second of my 4 day weekend coming up. Friday is def. going to be a no work day. Filing, backwork, etc. My brain is already tempted to clock out.

"are you still on that research paper?" of course not i say as i push the fact i am still working on it and ignoring the pile of other backwork i have aside. as if pushing a bunch and papers quickly off a desk.

New addition to the VVRR. This SD40-2 From conrail will be the new backwork horse in the future on the layout. It needs some work but soon it'll be pulled long freight for the Virtual Valley Railroad!

i also might finally get 7 kingdoms' obsidian file going, maybe try to knock some of that out cause i know we're trying to get back to our other dnd campaigns soon and i'd like to have some backwork done on them

Really proud of this Good Omens blackwork sampler I designed (way before season 2) Especially the ice cream bits. Drafting the Bentley was such a pain

When you have to also obsess over the backwork of hauling a "realistic world" to "immerse fans" because you went from pulp the theatre, that's ironically a lot of work that's eating into the story.
If you're not using that specific transfer to tell a story, what's the point?

I need to get a floor stand so I can do some more cross stitch / backwork because my current set up aggravates a nerve in my left elbow the way I hold it.
So far the needle felting isn’t causing any issues. Which is good because I have a ton of wool I need to get through.

The thing is, because I am some sort of masochist, I decided to see if I could still run fandom events. That ended up somehow being worse. The same patterns fell in. I ran everything and had to do so much backwork.
I will say I thankfully did have more help from the mod team in those events.

Idk how but I rmb every small detail and I enjoy learning but whenever we have a test or essay I get such a bad grade it's not even funny 😭 I do good on the discussions and classwork but LORDDD the backwork I have to put into those major assignments kills me every time
