Am adding optional entry/chapter badging to mark them according to the Citrus Scale—it's a little citrus icon that gains wedges through orange > lime > yellow > pink with what you set the scale to. (Am I showing my age with this?)

A5 - workload is definitely the bottleneck met by most, I would say. Protecting time for CPD should be a priority for line managers and should be recorded in the workload allocation as well as being discussed in line manager 1-1s. I love digital badging too 🙂 #LTHEchat
