The administration's hack job on the civil service is totally devoid of any strategic plans to understand systematic inefficiencies. They are banking on sweeping resignations and layoffs that will lead to collapse of key infrastructure. This will hurt the American people.

I hope this will make everything make sense for the Europeans: Americans haven’t really updated like, any of our infrastructure since the Cold War ended. Like, none of it.
