It’s hard to imagine that anyone would object to this kind of housing in their neighbourhoods. Zoning reform allows for sub-divided lots, townhomes, duplexes, and multi-family homes. #BetterNorthShore #housing

Tree service. Great use of cargo bikes. Let's build out complete bike networks in every city in North America. Enable businesses, expand accessibility, and make our cities and towns quieter and safer. The District of North Vancouver has had an approved bike master plan since 2012. #BetterNorthShore

Unsurprisingly, progress made in the District of North Vancouver on mode shift in the past decade is minimal (18-22%).

Reminder: the OCP goal (drafted originally in 2011) for non-driving mode share is 35% by 2030. That’s six years from now. We’re sitting at 22%. Good luck!

Trees are infrastructure. Trees reduce the urban heat island effect by blocking sunlight and cooling our air. Ask your council candidates what they’re doing to ensure that your municipality is preserving/building a beautiful, effective tree canopy. #BetterNorthShore www.instagram.com/reel/DdDp61j...
