I tried to source this weird claim of his and I couldn't find it. Tbh the whole NLP seemed a bit NewAge/BigSur/Eselan twaddle. I think HR liked to hand him 200 applications, and he'd hand back 10 as worth following up and they didn't question his selection methods.

The SPC issued a 2-4% tornado probability for the Big Sur coastline, thereby indicating increased potential for some low-topped supercells. If the offshore convection moves inland with rotation, there is the potential for a tornado.
