After stuffing ourselves proper, we leisurely biked down Champ de Mars, past the Hotel des Invalides and Notre Dame.

Annika and I got the giggles from the lava cake, a staring contest and we almost peed our pants when they told us "lamby" was to keep people from slamming their heads into the glass door. I appreciated the tactical urbanism.

After we checked out of our rental, it was time for lunch at Tasca, a gluten free Italian restaurant. Soooo good!

Leave it to the French to reward the stair climbers with a dirty joke. This was the final step.

The 2nd floor had a lot more people (because of the elevators) so we quickly retreated back down. Watching the elevators go up was mesmerizing.

#ParisbyBike day 2, began with an alarm worthy morning to visit the Eiffel Tower🗼 before the crowds.

We paid half price to walk the stairs, my preference anyways. It was marvelous.
