Beast discuess with Blankslate what exacly are their powers, learning they are a mimic shapeshifter that does not simply just take on appearances Back at the factory Cyclops, Beast and Psylocke learn as much as they can from Blankslate both by talking to them and using telepathy. they nickname them Blankslate but start to feel uncomfortable with them around and taking on their memories and appearances In Beast's lab, Blankslate confesses his troubles with Hank, who in return confesses him. He shows them a psychobiological stabilizer he made for himself in case he ever turns evil as previous incarnations of himself have proven to become after a lot of time passes In the night, unknown to everyone in the team Blankslate enters Hank's lab and decides to feel good with his current "body" so they take the stabilizer to avoid changing again

Blankslate keeps fightning and as they do, they change appearance due to Beast's formula being in their system, changing his fur from blue to grey and obtaining a healing factor As Psylocke and Beast arrive to stop Blankslate, Psylocke takes care of the humans ending the fight, meanwhile Hank fights Blankslate and as they get distracted, Hank is able to use an antidote to fix Blankslate and putting them to sleep temporarily. They then fly to the national forest Hank says his farewell to Blankslate at the Tongass National Forest, only place where Blankslate won't copy others and find their own identity. The two leave in good terms as the experience helped Hank resolve his own identity crisis Beast talks to Dr. Sherman once again explaining how the events that took place helped him understand himself better. Finally learning that his future and person aren't set in stone but rather a change that only he can impose to avoid

Hank finds out what happened to his serum and shouts at Blankslate for violating his identity. Blankslate runs away, ending up in a bar where they pick up a fight with local bigots. Noticing their disappearance Psylocke and Beast start looking for them #Marvel #Marvelcomics #Comics #Xmen #XSpoilers
While playing a friendly game of basketball, Scott leans harshly that he is not playing with Hank but with Blankstate, who is feeling more comfortable while using Hank's identity while using his memories and person in unethical ways that offend Hank and Scott In Beast's lab, Hank is angrily yelling at Blankslate, not for just using his stabilizer which made for his DNA with unkown results when used by others, but also due to Blankslate using Hank's identity wrongly as a simple persona After Blankslate runs away claiming to know who they are and stating that Hank is too scared to be himself, Hank talks about the events that occured to Dr. Sherman who helps him settle his identity issues Three miles outside Merle, Blankslate has picked up a fight with local bigots at a bar. Their sudden dissapearance is noted by Kwannon who alerts Beast to come with her to look for them before anything bad happens
