Yeah, if you look at Biden's chart there is a distinct drop during the Afghanistan withdrawal from which he never recovers (he also has a distinct drop during the 2022 inflation spike but gets back to where he was previously)

if they also keep the bleedout animations for the GTA 6 peds like they had for vital shots in RDR2 that might also upset some people but it's not traumatizing, just makes you go "man they really mocapped that"

i’m genuinely so excited for it to all just spark into flames. yeah it’ll prolly hurt me too. but it’s not unique there and it’ll eventually get better once the bandaid of an impending collapse morphs into the bleedout of a total one
