Fossil fuel giant #BP has pulled the plug on its #H2Teesside #BlueHydrogen scheme citing a "material change in circumstances" after the site landowners sought permission to build a datacentre instead.

Here's #EETFuels pushing its gas to hydrogen #Greenwash at a sustainability event. Louise Gittins said "we can't wait for perfect technologies". We can't afford to use the wrong technologies either. The only thing #BlueHydrogen and #CCS are sustaining is the fossil fuel industry.

Plans for a gas pipeline to supply #Stanlow as part of the #HyNetNW #BlueHydrogen scheme have been pulled because the pipeline route needs to be altered. Building new fossil fuel infrastructure to produce dirty blue H₂ in a climate crisis is totally crazy.
