I had a problem getting a Logitech M240 mouse to work. Finally I found a command line utility called `bluetoothctl`. It allows you to run a scan, get the MAC address, and manually pair the device. After that, the system seems to remember it.

spent an hour fighting bluetoothctl... finally got this apple wireless keyboardf from 2003 connected and working.. i hope i never have to do this shit ever agian because holy fuxck that was terrible

trying to do stuff with `coproc { bluetoothctl; }` because bluetoothctl is designed by satan to be interactive-only.
i found that `cat ${COPROC[0]}` will keep waiting for input rather than dumping the buffer and closing. but searching "cat timeout" didn't lead to the results i was hoping for

To be fair the bash is just because I got sick of copy-pasting MAC addresses around for bluetoothctl and wanted to define aliases as opposed to something nefarious

I tend to pronounce "control" for these /usr/bin/*ctl's. systemctl, hostnamectl, resolvectl, networkctl, busctl, loginctl, pactl, playerctl, machinectl, timedatectl, wayvncctl, bluetoothctl, iwctl, so many others fine controllers.
So: koob-control.
