St. Patrick's Day Jumble

Colcannon potatoes are Irish cuisine
that make for the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat.
Mash your potatoes. Look! Hills of auld!
Add knobs of butter for sunshine and gold.
Jumble in cabbage and onions for green.
Sprinkle with sea salt—then dive in and eat!
