elizabeth holmes’ eye contact tells me she’s either a very poor intentional 1:1 social manipulator who thinks she’s extremely slick/magnetic, or she’s the type of brainweird where you don’t really “get” eye contact on any intuitive or instinctual level. maybe both!

yeah thats prolly what this is tbh. if not then some kinda brainweird. bc ive wanted to do comics and other stuff for like. a fucking decade. and sometimes ive gotten quite far! learning moments! .....and now i can't even get myself to start it feels very frustrating :')

the barathrumite enclave is obv a haven for the brainweird but i don't think i had ever encountered a character like aloysius, this unapologetically nonverbal/less verbal and still a loved member of a community

here is a glimpse into what I'm working on. it's a deeply personal brainweird art piece. it feels appropriate that it's been sucking me into my intense hyperfocus states, for better or worse. while that behavior pattern has caused me a lot of grief, in this case i want it to channel into my art

for me it’s all related, I’m a bit brainweird, I’m pretty much agender on the inside because of that, and gender transition was mostly to modulate and shift my relationship with the world to the closest terms that made sense to me
