I’ve said it before but it is so refreshing after what’s felt like years of “well how else can I make it obvious she’s trans” offensive depictions that Branson not only makes a character realistically legible as one but also like completely within his funny animal style.

Ireland has managed it. As far as I'm aware they tax on what's made in Ireland. It's not that difficult. If you want to trade here, you pay tax. It's not on that people expect to be able to take without giving back. Richard Branson is a great example of that. He pays no tax, but likes to sue the NHS

I agree with you about taxing Branson, but to your point of harm I see a different, colder calculus.
Pensioners under the poverty line are more likely to vote for the far right.
Shielding them from the harm they have voted for only maximise the harm we will all suffer when they vote in fascists.

I know thats purple leopard print. I knew it the day branson first drew Cassie. Said to him "this girl wears purple leopard print" and he asked me why I was there and what my problem was and I told him dysphoria and he said "damn that sucks" and gave me 5 bucks for lunch.

And that's a different, far more important problem. People like Branson should be taxed at 99%. They should do that, not harm all pensioners as if stinging Branson for £10k/year makes a difference to him. It doesn't. But to pensioners living under the poverty line it sure as hell does.

Think the point's kinda going skew-whiff here. If we tax the rich (the point of the initial post), people like Branson will pay more in tax than they receive in fuel allowance.
