Donald Trump‘s tariff plan is the Smoot-Hawley of Brexits.

Absolutely this. It is extraordinary how these countless ‘tiny Brexits’ still go unrecorded & unreported.
👇 Being outside the single market is worse for the UK economy, but I think being outside the customs union is more significant in terms of driving and reinforcing the (IMO correct) belief among a majority of Brits than Brexit was a mistake because it causes a thousand tiny Brexits every day.
Brexit continues to wreak havoc on the small businesses in the hobbies that I'm part of, and threatens the works my brother relies on, yet the terminally online and media continue to obsess about American politics. It's mindboggling to me.

"I've sold Brexits to Brockway, Ogdenville, and North Haverbrook, and it sure put them on the map".
Still no sign of him in Clacton but he’s managed to make his way to Washington DC.

Farage’s various Brexits were always Ponzi schemes, with Russian and US investments. Don’t be surprised if the latest one collapses suddenly and catastrophically

Kudos to Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, who has given Musk a mighty financial kick in the brexits.

Oh not this bullshit narrative again. It's never brexits fault in the eyes of brexshitters

Brexit’s failure and Trump’s fury have turned the tide for the UK and EU

"optimism has drained as Starmer appears either committed to this hardest of Brexits or too worried about the next election to risk losing the votes of red wall Brexiters.

But really he has nothing to lose."

Ever since Bowie died in 2016 it’s been all Brexits and Trumps and revolutions and wars and crises. Was he the real liberal world order?

humming the “america: fuck yeah”

Der Chef von Dyson ist übrigens ein Befürworter des Brexits, genauer – eines No-Deal-Brexits.

If this Spurs side won the Europa League it would be more insulting to that great continent than a thousand brexits
March 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM
This is correct. A vote for pro-EU EU parties is a very direct kick in the brexits for Farage and the international fascist axis of which he is the eager tool.
#Vote4Democracy
And the logical place to put an anti-Farage vote is with the Greens, Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru or SNP.

There is something especially depressing about living in a country where the very same shitty "newspapers" who insisted on the hardest of Brexits are now moaning about tax increases
