🚨🚨🚨 Section 70302 of the #budgetbill doesn’t just STRIP the courts of their ability to hold executive branch actors in CONTEMPT for violating injunctions… it makes it RETROACTIVE for all injunctions where bonds were not paid by plaintiffs (rarely required for the sake of public interest). 🆘
