Republicans made a whole movement out of voting to repeal Obamacare 300 times. Democrats need 1% of that energy to actually drive politics.

JFC. You impeach because it's the right fucking thing to do. How many times did the GOP vote to overturn Obamacare? Did they have the votes? No. They followed their (fucked up) beliefs.
Kamala Harris: I think that going in the direction of impeachment is not a good idea.

I was in the Senate for the last go-round, and the votes aren’t there.

I think after the election, we all have to just also agree that our attitude has to be to get stuff done…

When we finally get M4A, it will probably be called Obamacare Phase 2.
OUR 44th president. Let's finish what he started and guarantee healthcare for every American. 🇺🇸

It's a nice book, has a lot of stuff about her late husband who managed to expand trans healthcare through Obamacare.

Yep
Even people using “Obamacare” cannot afford medical treatment.

It's called Obamacare.

Obamacare is the exact reason Dems should have codified Roe when they had the votes. It's incredibly hard to undo a popular, existing law.

Republicans could repeal Obamacare anytime they want but they don't. They wouldn't have had the nerve to repeal Roe either.
Abdul El Sayed: Codify Roe. Pass a law that codifies Roe. We should have done it along time ago. This shouldn't be up for debate anymore.

I was born before Obamacare. That was worse.

Loves the ACA / hates Obamacare

Fifty six votes to repeal all or part of the ACA, each time on something Barack Obama would not have signed into law if his life depended on it. 56.

And they BRAGGED about it.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The cost of the Iran war to American taxpayers has grown to $47.1 billion, according to a new estimate the Pentagon has provided to Congress.

My mom's life was saved by Obamacare. Is that not a good thing? Really?
October 24, 2026 at 11:06 PM
Obamacare fixed healthcare, remember?
October 22, 2026 at 7:54 PM
it is literally the dumbest argument ever! and failed votes have never cost anybody anything! the GOP voted to repeal Obamacare 1000 times and just kept getting elected!
October 28, 2026 at 2:31 PM
More than a decade ago, Trump promised
Americans that he had a "beautiful" health care
plan better than "Obamacare."
We haven't seen a plan yet, not even viable
"concepts."
Between 10 & 12 MILLION Americans
have lost their health care coverage in his
2nd term alone.
That's his plan.

King Dumbass loves his "poorly educated." Same folks who hate Obamacare but love the Affordable Care Act. 🫣

Republicans have been promising a healthcare plan since the PPACA (Obamacare) passed in 2010.

Republicans voted more than 70 times to repeal, repeal & replace, and/or defund Obamacare.

The do nothing party.

Also famously Obama's argument with Rahm during Obamacare. I forget Obama's exact line but it was something to the effect of "I didn't earn this political capital to put it on a shelf and admire it"

the new talking point is blaming expensive healthcare costs on Obamacare

because they're just throwing shit at the wall right now

The cancer treatment part, my god. And lest we forget, insurance coverage!!

And incidentally fuck RFK jr for mucking about with vaccine R&D, and the entire GOP for mucking about with insurance/obamacare.
Cancer detection and treatment has gotten much, much better.

also...the Democratic party has moved substantially to the left in my lifetime.
Social media loves talking about how everything is getting worse. But what’s something that you’ve seen get _better_ in your lifetime?
