Canada has had a fairly good health care, but it's not universal anymore. The reason is bufget cuts by successive governments and out PM Mark Carney continues to cut health care budgets, I believe because he is part of a plan to turn health care over to private interests. This sucks!

sans budget national, les collectivités locales (départements, régions, ...) ne peuvent pas non plus votre le leur de bufget. hors le budget des collectivité c'est très pénalisant pour de nombreux projet locaux et le PS est encore bien ancré au niveau local.
