I checked the California DOJ and my life scan status is listed as completed so I don’t know what the heck the CAMTC board is talking about. Just emailed the DOJ as well and sent them the email that CAMTC sent me.🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Had one a couple weeks ago for my license. Heard from the CAMTC board this week that despite my doing it correctly (&paying $80) there is some issue between FBI & CA DOJ so live scans aren’t going thru. No date for a fix, no details, & I may have to do over.

We also don't require CEs and let cities red tape us into grey area and mobile only operations that increase risk of injury and assault.
CAMTC is a scam, and we need to shut it down from proper allies health licensing.

6 yrs ago, I applied for a business license to do independent #massagetherapy in San Diego. In California, #massage is a police-regulated business unless you're certified by CAMTC & went to an accredited school. Basically, it's in the same category as pawn shops, nude entertainment & bowling alleys.
