If you took typical sweet cantucci and replaced the sugar with parmesan & added salt, pepper, and gorgonzola, then loaded up with toasted pine nuts and walnuts, you'd get these.

Made some cantucci! I went with espresso, cardamom, and roasted hazelnuts. They turned out very nice indeed, but the coffee gives them an eerie golden colour. ☕🍪🍽️
