The first step is to simply ban the phrase. catinthechat is unavoidable if someone wants to post this thing in your chat, and automaticly denying its use while alerting yourself that it was used is the first step.

In case you don't know, Twitch streamers, you can add emotes to your Blocked Terms And Phrases list (under Moderation) to prevent them being used in your chat.
So you can block this AI slop ever being used in your stream by adding the exact emote name, i.e. "CatintheChat".
