It’s more that OCTA (the owner of the track) actively detests passenger rail and isn’t calling in the cavalry. If they showed even the slightest concern about it, Sacramento would be a bit less useless.

Do all the cavalry units in Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave just suck or am I building them wrong? They just seem weirdly weak and fragile, even when compared to lower level units.

There’ll always be something performing the role of the tank on the battlefield. I mean, it’s heavy cavalry, old as the hills. Future tanks will be a lot smaller, probs just a 2x man crew. IMO they’ll act as a sort of hub for a swarm of drones, but still fundamentally an armoured fist to take ground
