Roast pork shoulder , have just made a celeriac mash & cooked some past it apples down in butter & thyme to stir through it , made a quick pickled apple bits for the top , roast shallot , cavolonero , crispy roast spuds.
Leftover pork will go into tacos tomorrow x

Roasting a chicken (again),to last a few days.
Tonight will roast some butternut squash with it & stir that & some cavolonero through some Boldbeans white beans ,one of the many many mustards I have (mostly been gifted , it was a condiment rich Christmas) stirred through too , chicken on top 😁

For me black Tuscany kale, Cavolo Nero, is about as drawing-friendly as I could wish for. Every line has a built-in wobble to match my default rather shaky pen.
