2 large jars of #preservedlemons, 1 large jar & 1 small jar of #lemon #marmelade, & I still have 4 whole lemons left over! It was worth schlepping those lemons in my luggage all the way from Kotor

One of my fave winter classics – #favabeans and #bulgur with #cavolonero (aka dino #kale), #preservedlemons and chili flakes

Does anyone out there make preserved lemons? Got any helpful hits? I'm going to give it a try: #preservedlemons #recipe

Preserving the lemons is not fermenting them but I am also excited about this experiment. Status updates in a week when I add the aromatics and lemon juice to cover. #preservedlemons ?

Costco had a great price on a big bag of lemons, so I loaded up a jar to make preserved lemons. This batch includes peppercorns and bay leaves (and sea salt!). They will sit at room temp for a few days, then into the fridge for several weeks before they are ready to use. #lemons #preservedlemons 🍽️🍋
