Do you also have stages in your life that hardly anyone would believe you were ever interested in? For me, it's probably the fact that I was very active in a certain... field in the late 1990s/early 2000s, including participating in HIP97, CCCamp 1999 in Altlandsberg and HAL2001.

I used to have a sticker, on my computer, that I found in the grass, roaming in the aftermath of CCCamp, that said: code is poetry. Well crafted code is perhaps structured like poetry but poetry is code. Perhaps this era no longer belongs to the revenge of the nerds but the revolt of the poets.
