Nothing like burning CDs (thank goodness I held on to blank ones!) from the command line in the Year of Our Lord 2026.

Ah schon lange nicht mehr gebrannt und halt vom USB Stick installiert. Früher mit dvdrecord oder cdrecord. Aber.echt wenig Ahnung noch davon

It always reminds me of the old Solaris disk naming like "/dev/c0d0p0" which the author of cdrecord insisted on using even on Linux.

I think I've also accidentally burned WAV files as though they were audio tracks (long long ago when I thought I was cool or something for doing everything from the command line, and before cdrecord knew how to convert WAV on the fly). RIFF headers interpreted as PCM tend to be loud and startling.

On en parle du traumatisme de ne *RIEN* faire pendant qu'on gravait un CD (oui CD) avec cdrecord et ses 23000 paramètres sous peine de foirer ton gravage ? (légende ou réalité, j'en sais rien, ça m'est jamais arrivé)

E sigo com os problemas causados pelo AppArmor no Ubuntu, que agora é padrão. Direto com problema de setuid.
Só depois de um `chmod 4555` o programa volta a funcionar. E eu preferia não ter que fazer isso.
Gosto da ideia do AppArmor, mas isso dá problema. As aplicações vem sem o profile e dá nisso.
