50 years ago today the world’s first teletext service, Ceefax, was born. Loved Ceefax. As a kid I sat for hours calling up pages of news on the TV screen. My first BBC job (in school holidays) was at Ceefax. Before I went off to uni to study Russian the great Ceefax team gave me this framed picture.
