I'm starting to hit the point where a lot of the notes I'm taking are about really small decisions or specific character expression choices. gonna try to steal these little bits at least

alright, going live now with some chainshift vod review @ twitch.tv/litetheironman!
starting with the ggst streams first, looking for i-no and jam replays (fishy, queenkoa.) if we have time we'll go through the uni2 vods also, but I anticipate that we'll end up saving that for tomorrow's stream.

still pretty wiped after chainshift so I napped a little this afternoon after posting my recap blog. feeling much better. I might go live on twitch in a bit and do some vod review of the event, cuz there’s a lot of notes to take

if we can keep getting big majors like slashback supplemented by quality regional stuff like chainshift where there’s lots of space for casuals and byoc and side events and they have a miracle location I would probably attend more offline stuff

still at chainshift and will have a proper writeup when I’m actually home but this is genuinely one of the best regionals I’ve been at in the whole of post-lockdown fgc and I’d love if we had more of these keep cropping up, especially if they get to serve more games that aren’t tour stops

I missed chainshift because I’m not on twitter + I don’t check the discords I’m in enough to see event announcements + I was still in recovery mode from combo breaker. I remember going to the la mirada venue a lot pre-covid and the event looked fun as a stream viewer. I’d like to go next year.

I didn’t go to chainshift but hearsay has told me that even though it was a good event it may not return next year. fingers crossed it becomes regular because I’ve been frustrated with the regionals in riverside for a while

there was chainshift at la mirada towards the end of june and if they can make that one pop off consistently it’d get close enough to the vibes of pre-covid scr, but that might be wishful thinking
