This one's about his mother who inspired him to take up dancing.
The memory... Of you dancing in the rain. Of your smile, lighting up my very world. Of your laughter, chiming between heartbeats. Creating the sweetest symphony of sounds. I cling to it in the dead of night. When the nightmares find me. When I'm shaking like a leaf in a storm. When grief steals my breath and pain pierces my heart. The memory... Your memory... It warms my weary soul. I wish you weren't just a memory now. I wish you were still with me. Because I think... Because I know... I would still... The world would still... Be whole... With you. Be able to hope... With you. Where have you gone? Why have you left me behind? In a world that only ever hurts those that are already hurting. The memories... Are all I have... And I wonder... When will it stop being enough to keep me afloat?
