I was very lucky to have her as a childcarer ❤️

At my age I don’t see the fun possibilities anymore, just the potential injuries. The retired childcarer in me is way too used to doing risk assessments for anything and everything in life…😅🤣

Been here 6 years, it’s been clear from day 1 that UK is only interested in immigrants that pay a lot of tax. Problem is you prioritize families with all members working. What about one person works and the other takes care of kids? For permanent stay, childcarer needs 10 years now?

5 jobs I had :

- Childcarer
- recreational it's for traditional toys and activities
- Packager
- English tutor
- Specialized educator assistant

I really hate the term "babysitter" as it demeans the difficulty, scope, and importance of a job that is absolutely critical to society. "Childcarer" is both far more accurate and dignified.

I applied for next "season" Varhaiserityiskasvatuksen lastenhoitaja work (special earlyeducation childcarer) and I am excited and scared. I am really hoping for some permanent or at least for full year spot somewhere. 😭

A young assistant to the Castle’s childcarer, Ash is a hyperactive, kinda obnoxious brat of a wasp, but locks in when it comes to her job. She wears those big gloves because of she touches you by hand, she absorbs your powers and partial appearance temporarily. I should draw examples of that

Sometimes there seems to be a trap in the assumption that only one partner is naturally "the childcarer" at any one time. Then "equal parenting" ends up being either "being the childcarer" at the appropriate time or "splitting everything for the sake of splitting everything".

I finally gathered my britches about me and sent a note to my doctor using that fancy website where you can peruse your meds list and diagnostic tests, and send messages to your doctors, etc. I listed all of my work experiences beginning in childhood (forced childcarer) and cited the type of work.

Sometimes I really wish I lived nearer London & this is one of them! I'm a childcarer & you have been a hero to my children for years. Every one can recite We're Going On A Bear Hunt cover to cover. Mind you shouting "I'm not scared" at their parents has raised a few questions occasionally 😉
