I grew enough Hatch chillies (bog jim variety) that I'm going to be able to make a big pot of green chili with just garden peppers.
First time ever. 😎

I just google the right water to lentil ratio and wing the rest. Onion, garlic, green chillies, ginger, tomatoes, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, msg, and finish with coconut milk.
