It was a bit dark but the phone still captured the majesty of a plate of tacos from Taco Chiwas - al pastor x 2, lengua, and barbacoa

I lost my FB and IG last year, so I REALLY! hope the site does not just disappear (my second-best audience is there). But I will remind you to NEVER post your work in just one place! And try to go physical! my own website is Macoatl.com/english and Macoatl.com for Spanish, THIS SUCKS SOOOO MUCH!!!

Agree with the Bianco recs and if you go to the one downtown and there's a wait, hanging out at Bar Bianco is nice. Tacos Chiwas has some veggie options, though it is more meat forward. Spendier but amazing, I'd say Lom Wong; more casual and with lots of veggie options (and locations) Cornish Pasty.

Tacos Chiwas, a family-owned restaurant serving Chihuahua-style Mexican food, is set to be featured on the Food Network show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." The restaurant, an Arizona favorite, operates multiple locations across the Valley. Story link in comments ⬇️

Ik weet niks van sterke drank, maar mensen op het terrasje die ik gisteren moest bedienen wouden perse Chiwas bestellen.
Is dat zo bijzonder of lekker?

Tacos Chiwas in Mesa is an institution. I’ve heard good things about Espiritu too. In Phoenix Presidio and Casa Corazon are incredible. Comedor Guadalajara is also an experience. It’s hard to find bad Mexican food here honestly.
