Getting a cholinergic urticaria attack on the train fucking blows! I found Fexofenadin to be the antihistamine that helped me the most. My Derm had to give me 4x the normal dose before symptom improvement, though I do have a subtype that’s particularly unresponsive to medication

Chen et al. map spinal cholinergic neurons from embryo to adulthood using snMultiome-seq. They find that skeletal motor neurons reorganize their subtype composition during maturation, accompanied by changes in open chromatin regions and transcription factor expression. This work links stage-specific subtype diversity to evolving functional needs of maturing neurons.
