It depends on how the contract was written. Many years ago I was given a TV series contract for a pilot. It was 15 pages and I read it thoroughly. There were several paragraphs I had deleted. It had clauses about not making unapproved statements about the show or telling anyone about the content.

I want everyone to know that sock options belong in every employment contract. Put them in next to the regular clauses for stock options and make it clear you aren’t joking. Put on your game face, your thousand yard lawyer stare, and make that hiring partner or committee fear you.
Oh, so they were *sock options*. Got it.

Can you imagine though, if I ever do finish this book, the nonsense I will put into my contract? Brown M&M clauses fucking EVERYWHERE.

Projection — my analysis, not reporting:

• Nearby towns watch Plano before their own renewals. — MED
• Police chiefs, not activists, lead LPR pushback. — MED
• Vendors tighten exit clauses as towns demand removal. — LOW

Watch the December expiry.

"Loophole" = legal incompetence, or more likely, compliance with "not my fault" clauses.
The Legal Frat types are good at that shit.

Danny Trejo you are a big enough star to be able to have some opt-out clauses in those contracts

Like this is explicitly what you pay your agents for! To prevent this, and to ensure you have a way out!

Somewhere there's a doctor who, while bound by HIPAA, has an NDA whose penalty clauses would horrify even Himmler and make hi call for his mommy

These people lie. First & foremost,.they lie. Everything else is secondary

As I always point out to my students, the Constitution has legislative privilege clauses, but not executive or judicial privilege clauses.

judicial privilege > executive privilege > legislative privilege

Son problème, c'est le cadrage. On ne sait pas comment son cameraman s'y prend, mais les clauses en petits caractères sont toujours hors champ. Comme pour les 500€ en plus. Il joue de malchance, ça doit être ça.

For the record, my books have anti AI clauses in them. I have no intention of becoming Daniel Feeld. Should I ever get round to finishing a fiction piece, then fine do an interpretation. I hope you do. But don’t put words in my mouth or I will come back and haunt you right off a cliff.
